Return and Refund Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date if they do not meet evacuation requirements. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of freight to return the items to Evac+Chair Canada. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Additionally, the customer will be charged for any necessary repairs and for replacing any missing items. Before returning the items, the customer must obtain a returned goods authorization number from Evac+Chair Canada. It is also important for the customer to keep all original packaging material.
